At our shop, every item is made with care, intention, and love — from our freshly baked desserts to our handmade crochet creations. Because of the unique nature of our products, here’s how we handle returns:

Desserts (No Returns or Exchanges)

Due to food safety and health regulations, all dessert sales are final.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any baked goods once they leave our hands. If there is an issue with your order (missing item, incorrect item, or quality concern), please contact us within 24 hours and we’ll be happy to help make it right.

Crochet Items

Crochet items are handmade and one-of-a-kind. We want you to love what you receive!

  • Returns & exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery/pickup.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or with an error on our end.

If your crochet item arrives damaged or not as expected, please reach out with a photo so we can assist you quickly.
